Booking and Deposits

To secure your booking we require full payment  for one night stays and a deposit for stays of 2 days or more. 

Checking In and Checking Out

Check-In is between 4:30pm and 6:30pm unless prearranged.

Check-Out is by 10:00am please so that we can ready the room for our next guests.

Cancellations

"No Shows" or notified within 2 days of your arrival date:

Your deposit is not refundable. Full payment will be required if the room is not re-let.

If notified between 2 days and 14 days of your arrival date:

Your deposit is not refundable.

If notified before 14 days of your arrival date:

Your deposit is refundable less a £8 admin charge. Alternatively, you may immediately re-book, subject to availability, with no admin charge.

Holiday Insurance

Because unforeseen circumstance can arise we would advise you to take out appropriate holiday insurance.
